- always use a conditioner.

- protect your hair from heat appliances with heat protecting sprays

- do not over-use-use heat appliances.

- do not tie back with rubber or bands with metal clips.

- replace your regular shampoo with a clarifying shampoo at least every third time.

- listen to your hairstylist's advice.

- invest in a good boar bristle hairbrush. (We stylists spend a fortune on our brushes for good reason)

- get some human hair clip in extensions.

Do all this and your hair will repay you 100 fold.
